The following information is to indicate the return method you need to follow where any problem will be revealed in the products that you ordered through 19fashions.com or the product that you purchase does not fulfill your requirements.

Return Policy:
If any problem will be revealed in the products that you ordered from our online shopping site or the product that you purchase does not fulfill your requirements, you may return them after the delivery. The legally allowable period for the return of the products is 7 days however as a client of 19 FASHION you are entitled to return your product purchased from online shopping site together with the applicable invoice, within 30 days from the delivery date provided that the product will not be used
The products that you want to return shall be reviewed swiftly and accurately and your request will be evaluated. Your return should be conducted as per the article 13 “Right of Withdrawal” and the Article 14 “the Products for which the right of withdrawal may not be applied” of the “Distance Sales Contract”. If the Products that you want to return is in accordance with the “Distance Sales Contract” your money will be refunded to tour credit card that you used in the payment for the order within 10 days.

Important Notice on Product Change Requests:
The product change is not allowed in your purchases through our website. You may return the product that you request to change and then you may order the product that you want to order through colelzione.com.

Return Terms and Conditions

Legal Return Period and Conditions:
The legal return period is 7 days from the delivery date. The products should be returned together with all of the accessories, the packages, and the original invoice. It is not allowed to return any product without the invoice.

30-day Return Period granted exclusively by 19 FASHION to its Clients and the Conditions of Return:
Pursuant to the applicable laws, it is allowed to deny or return the products purchased through the Internet within 7 days without any legal and penal liability (in the distance sales contracts). However, we support our clients by further extending this period to 30 days for the purchases made through 19fashions.com website.
You may return your products within 30 days from the delivery date provided to comply with the return conditions. The products should be returned inside their original packaging (the return of the damaged products or the products with damaged or missing accessories will not be accepted) together with all accessories and packaging materials thereof, and it should be in resalable situation.  The products should be returned with their original invoice(s). No return is allowed without the relevant invoice.

Return at the Store
You are allowed to change or return your products at our stores. For these transactions the products should be undamaged and returned together with all accessories thereof. Your change/ return requests at the store will be reviewed by the relevant department of 19 FASHION and the process will be started if it is as per the above terms and conditions.
- For Product Changes;
You may change the product(s) by presenting the relevant invoice and “the Product Return Form”.
- For Product Returns;
When you apply by presenting the invoice and “product return form”, the return will be performed at your application phase in the purchases paid through bank transfer, and within 10 business days as the legal return period for the purchases paid through credit card.
In order to avoid any problem in returns and changes;
We suggest you to try the shoes in home and textile products without detaching the labels and washing.

The underwear products are not accepted for hygiene considerations.

Return Procedure and Approval Process
In order to perform you return transactions swiftly you need to fill in the details in the return form completely. Please write the code of the product that you want to return and the reason for return in the relevant fields, and attach the invoice inside the package of the product that you will return.
Your return request will be reviewed by the relevant department of 19 FASHION and the process will be initiated if it fits the above conditions.  The price of the product will be refunded within 10 business days after the approval of the return. This duration will commence with the receipt of the product by 19 FASHION.

Return Shipment
The product returns to be performed via the cargo company may be performed from a branch of UPS Kargo by stating the client code number (-----------) of Mina Gör Tekstil A.ޞ. (19 FASHION). The cargo fees of the products to be returned shall be paid by the consignee as the cargo fees of the damaged or defective products will be paid by 19 FASHION. The return shipments to be made by any cargo company other than our contracted cargo firm (UPS kargo) the cargo fee should be paid by you; otherwise your consignment shall not be accepted.
In product returns only the value of the product is refunded and the cargo fee is not refunded. If your order value will decrease under the limit value for free delivery order, the value to be returned will be subject to deduction by the amount of the cargo fee.
